I’m a 16-year-old girl and I live in Holland.
I keep having troubles with social events. I feel really nervous, shy and awkward. To overcome these feelings I need a few drinks, otherwise I don’t feel right. Another problem is that I don’t know limits, so this results in me being tipsy, or sometimes even drunk, most of the time.
I’m also suffering from depression, I don’t know if it has anything to do with it.
But is it ok to use alcohol to overcome social anxiety? Or are there other ways?
Thanks in advance x
