Not unless you think being an alcoholic is a better choice.
Practice on your speaking and speech in front of a mirror.
DON’T USE ALCOHOL AT ALL.
I wouldn’t use alcohol. I think you should go see a psychiatrist. If your presentation is too close to today to do so, try getting a lot of sleep and practicing a lot.
ok the alcohol huh huh nah bad choice here are some tips
1) play a video game related to the subject of ur presentation
2) make the presentation but think that all of ur friends are there and talk like a simple conversation present it in a form that is more simpler and mmm kiddy form there.
3) make a pre presentation in front of ur best friends
4) think funny try to have a laugh attack u will be more loose and relaxed
again the alcohol is a bad choice because it will make u sleepy and u will forget the subject
hope this is helpful
Trust yourself and know what your talking about in front of this people, as a matter of fact imagine them as a group of frogs just staring at you and they dont even care bout you. Just do your best to explain what you have to and and answer questions if you have to. Dont show them your scared inside this will only aggreviate thier ego and bug you.
Look them straight in the eye like your so ready to go crazy and they’ll back off and leave you alone to finish your job. Thats all I can advice you and I know it works. I’m like that too and I’ve been the Head of a Big Company before I just Bluff, its like a Poker Game.
No.
These tips are for people who stutter, but maybe some will help you.
Tips for doing a presentation
Know your subject matter really well and practice reading to your dog or just out loud to yourself ahead of time.
Look over the heads of the class at a point on the wall in the back of the room. The class will think you are looking at them, and the teacher will think you are looking at your audience.
Don’t notice any reaction from the class. Their reaction doesn’t matter, but it might make you feel more nervous.
Concentrate on what you are saying rather than how you are saying it.
Don’t try to keep from stuttering as that will make you stutter more. If you stutter, just let it happen.
Maintain a steady pace, not too fast, and don’t get in a hurry to “get it over with.”
Speak in a relaxed manner and pause every so often.
Start into words easily keeping your lips, tongue, and jaw relaxed.
Realize that stuttering occurs more often when you are trying NOT to stutter, when you are under stress, and when you are tired.
