Is it ok to run while suffering tachycardia caused by alcohol withdrawal syndrome?

I’m on my second day of alcohol withdrawal and am having periodic panic attacks, nearly constant anxiety, and a rapid heart beat–which comes in waves.
I’m twenty-seven years old and otherwise healthy. Lying in bed all day has worsened the already-occurring insomnia and I feel I need to exercise.

running should be fine, i don’t see why you couldn’t
What say you start with some yoga? Get a video from the library you don’t have to buy one. Your body is going through enough right now. And seriously, ask a doctor about this. Alcohol withdrawal can be life threatening. This is not something to ask a well-meaning, but unqualified person on a site like this about.
