I’m talking occasional social drinking. I am a young person and want to have a life.

I’m always so self conscious about EVERYTHING , but when i drink (not heavily) i feel so good and not all up tight…and i can finally converse without thinking what the rest of the people are thinking about me. Is that my true self coming out?…Is the alcohol helping with my anxiety? and, should i get professional help for my anxiety. It really gets in the way of my making friends…and keeping them. pls help…I’m really starting to think there is something wrong with me, but then again I know I’m a great person, beautiful on the inside and out.

For the past few monthes I have been experiencing mild anxiety attacks after a night of fun. The anxiety lasts till the next day most of the time. What can be causing this? I used to suffer from anxiety attacks but now I can control them. I hate this awful feeling. I can get buzzed and after it goes away the anxiety hits me hard and I start to worry about dumb things and can’t sleep. What is going on with me? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE!!

I am close to having a panic attack. I can’t stop thinking, or sleep for that matter. I just want to be able to have some peace before I sleep but nothing is providing it. Would it be bad to drink? What could be the consequences?

The medication I take for my anxiety is called Buspirone.

Ok i’m 16 years old and in the morning of a presentation should I drink alcohol to relieve anxiety and if so what type of alcohol and how much?

i have been taking Paroxetine for my anxiety for 2 days now and my doctor and pharmacist told me that I could drink alcohol moderately but i read the warning label on the medication and it says, “do not drink alcohol while taking this medication”. what do guys think?

stopped drinking? my friend was telling me that it only takes a 6 pack everyday for 6 months. I don’t know if thats true. That doesn’t seem like enough to cause death from withdrawal symptoms.

I’m on the 21 day body cleanse and its spring break so I wanted to party for a couple days. I’m in the middle of the program and I was wondering if I should I continue taking the supplements everyday or take off a few days off while I’m partying and continue the kit when spring breaks over.
