My alcohol consumption is minimal. I drink only on occassion and I keep my alcohol consumption to about 1-4 drinks. The next morning; however, I experience anxiety which perpetuates throughout the entire day. I do not suffer from anxiety and it is not a hangover because it will still occur even after just consuming 1 drink. I don’t know what I’m suffering from whether it could be an allergy to alcohol or whatever else. If you could please shed some light for me, that would be great. I looked up this already online and all the info I found only pertains to people who consume a massive quantity of alcohol or those who are alcoholics. I’m neither. I’m 22 yrs old and healthy so I have no idea what this could be. Thanks.

does anyone think that if an alcoholic starts smoking weed, like maybe a joint a day, that would help them lose their addiction to drinking?

I’m doing an English project and I need a poem or song about a drug addict or alcoholic recovering from their addiction because they have seen that they have a family to live for, they have something worth fighting for. I quit drinking in November and was in the hospital because i was withdrawing really badly. The doctor said I was alcohol dependent. He said it would take three weeks to withdraw from the alcohol. Anyways, I slipped up and had some drinks in January and February and still managed to have withdrawals symptoms. I still had the really bad anxiety and confusion like right before i stopped drinking. So how long does it take to not have withdrawal symptoms??
