Though many of us continuously try to withdraw from the regular intake of alcohol, but we fail in one or the other way. We are so much stubborn that we deny accepting any sort of external help. I got sober last week after an horrific withdrawal process which saw me get severe shakes and sweats, insomnia, agitation, hallucinations and most of all panic attacks. This withdrawal passed and so did all the symptoms, except the panic attacks.
