I get so nervous that my body and voice shake while i talk. I also get so nervous that i can hardly breath and I can only say about 5 words at a time. Its really embarrasing. Is there something i can take or do for this? I just need to get through it.

I know it’s a horrible idea to mix alcohol and any medication, especially anti-anxiety meds and anti-depressants. I also know that everyone is different and people react differently. But I was just wondering if you know of any anti-anxiety meds/anti depressants that are not as horrible to mix with alcohol.

What is Epilepsy? Epilepsy is a known neurological condition, which directly hampers your nervous system. It is also commonly known as seizure disorder. A person suffering from epilepsy can only be treated if he had minimum of two seizures, not caused by any known medical condition like alcohol withdrawal or low level of blood sugar.
It has been observed that the actual reason behind a seizure disorder is not known. You can put the blame on family hereditary or even the brain injuries can be a cause. The term “epilepsy” explains that an individual is suffering from seizures but neither does it confirm anything about the actual cause nor does it say anything about the type of seizures or how severe it can be to that individual.

This is quite a long story.
For many years I was on Zoloft 100mg for depression. It seemed to be working, life seemed normal (well compared to now anyway). About 2 years ago I woke up with a panic attack, I’d never had one before and many many more followed. This was after a night drinking, so I think it’s fairly safe to say the alcohol played a part.
I saw a psychologist and was prescribed Valium (5mg) to take when the attacks happened. When I went to my doctor for a review, we decided that I might need something a little stronger, so I was prescribed 500micrograms Xanax to take when the attacks happened.
